REA and Edison share a common strategy for academics:

Prepared for the future.

Our goal is to help students master grade-level standards in academics, and to prepare them for the challenges they’ll face in all future academic endeavors. Our staff stays in frequent contact with parents to report on progress, receive feedback, and to discuss ways to help students be successful.

High-engagement learning.

Our highly qualified teachers and assistants practice research-based, child-centered instruction methods to fully engage students in the academics taught. They teach students indoors and outdoors while engaging the kinesthetic, tactile, auditory and visual senses.

Major attention, minimum stress.

We use small class sizes, an uncluttered schedule, creative electives, and our nature-rich campus to reduce stress and ensure that every student gets the time and attention needed to succeed.
